-* As a result the various teams are fragmented, stressed and feel to the fullest extent the leaderships' oversights
-* Furthermore, nepotism and inattention to overall intentionally forming company culture what was once a "work family" has devolved into silo work with features of inevitable hostility (most disturbing aspect from my experience)
- The company has since evolved into a medium sized entity with a mismanaged small town mindset with continuously forming unresolved tensions.
