Superb place to work

Pros

- Trust. Uncommon levels of trust between employees, management and clients. Leads to long term business health, repeat customers, and development of strong relationships with some pretty big names. - Respect. The quality of work expected and produced is second to none. - Flexibility (within reason) to perform work and approach problems as dictated by the design rather than to meet arbitrary deadlines. Freedom to be stuck, say no, or shift gears in pursuit of doing something right. - Longevity. Average tenure is in excess of ten years, and many of the senior employees are among the forefront in their respective fields. Deeply value the knowledge and opportunity for intellectual growth. - Opportunities to work on cutting edge technology. - Individual accomplishments and going above and beyond are recognized and rewarded. - ESOP program is pretty neat.

Cons

Flat management structure. Could be a pro, but you'll likely have the same role title and letters after your name working here for 20 years than you do after 20 days. Pay is on the lower side of the bell curve but well within a reasonable window. Health Insurance and ESOP are excellent but other benefits are pretty lackluster.

Pros

Respectful, productive and enjoyable environment with flexibility for interests and professional development.

Cons

The flat hierarchy of the management structure can frustrate those looking to recognize growth through the quantity of people that report to them. If having a bunch of direct reports is important to you, it would be a frustrating environment. Not a problem if you're looking to work on a team and see others as peers.

Pros

I enjoy coming in to work every day, as the work allows me to challenge my brain and feel like I'm contributing to something greater. The people are also all amazing, which makes coming in that much more rewarding. Expect frequent free lunches and a welcoming environment!

Cons

As an intern, the work can dry up and it feels like you are just wasting company time.
