Business outlook
Pros
Some great people who work here but heavily overburdened with timelines and projects. Mainly work from home is the best thing about this company. Business outlook is great not because of dear leader but because there is literally no competition and customer loyalty is high because it an almost required service during the cold Canadian winters.
Cons
Sr Management reminds me of people Trump Derangement Syndrome, They have JDS, because they're hired unqualified people put in the top levels of the organization and truly grateful to the dear leader who gave them their position. Low morale and fatigue from being overworked.
