This company does not have any pros,its attitude towards its employee is very pathetic.

Cons

1.Inhumane Company 2.Did not give any benefits which they talked about during interview. 3.They did not give me holidays to perform last rituals when my father passed away instead they kicked me out when i reached hyderabad. 4.They did not even replied to my calls,they showed no sympathy or support.

Initial trainings. Support from colleagues.

Cons

Unbelievable company policies. Very bad leave policies and work timings. For example if you reach office 15 mins late you will have to pay Rs. 1000 to company. Talent retention is not there. There are cases of when asked for leaves termination letter has been given.
