Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Most have been there one to three decades! A very good work-life balance. New Senior Managers are very savvy and reasonable. They actually give comp days for weekends/holidays worked!

Cons

Pay-scale is below the charts. Little recognition for the travel/stress. New, smart talent is rarely retained. Poor accountability for consultants' and developers' work, which makes for a (somewhat) sloppy product. They make all consultants do all facets (vs specializing). 12 years without one company meeting.

Pros

Great Facility. One owner was generally interested in employees and making sure clients were happy.

Cons

Upper management was too concerned about filling their own pockets. Used 1980 programming technology, and tried to make it work with modern tech.
