1) I worked for department - AMSTAT, work was so interesting and especially research calls 2) Those who are into research calls in AMSTAT they can enjoy their work by doing calls and can interact with chief pilots, owners of Aircrafts & Helicopters etc. but over all I can say they enjoy their work 3) salary is on time. 3) Flexible

1) Management is too worst 2) Especially IT people won't respond properly when we have issues with PC/Laptop 3) No welcome kit, no festival/annual gifts, no cabs. 4) Nothing will get except salary. 5) No proper hikes. 6) No retention.
