Pros

Growing company with a successful track record.

Cons

This company does not care about their employees at all. They rest them like servants with little to no respect. The senior leadership is a complete joke. They gossip about the employees behind their backs. They take pride in demeaning them in a public meeting. They are the worst managers I've ever run across. This is not something that no one knows. The Senior leaders are very much aware of how evil and conniving the management team is. Yet, they continue to keep them employed. There is no structure or real direction in that place. Today they will announce a plan and two days later they will say that's not what I said or meant. They pride themselves on hiring people with limited experience. This way they can bully them into staying in their seats. They manage by intimidation and lead by bullying. This company has the highest turnover I've ever seen for their size. Not only is it in the call center, where you would expect it. But it is very high in the corporate functions as well. The HR department is like a revolving door. Employees do not bother to learn their names because they know they will not be there next month. The HR team has no leadership or direction. They lack guidance and leadership from the top. Over 20+ people have left that department in 24 months. They couldn't have all been bad hires. Look within. Consider upgrading your location. This would afford you the chance to select better talent. Invest in better equipment and better office tools. The chairs are falling apart and the desk are horrible. It looks like a tacky warehouse. You have been around for 15+ years. It's time to invest back in your company and resources.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. You’re right – we are growing very fast and along with that, we face challenges like turnover. We aim to employ the brightest, most engaged, and creative minds – and most often we find just that. As we bring on new team members at the pace we have seen recently, we also face the challenge of melding unique experiences, personalities and work styles. Our ultimate goal is to build and lead high performing teams, and to accomplish success by working together with others. We hope we have equipped you with new skills and talents that will help you excel in any position you hold. Jason Rockman Vice President, Brand Marketing

Pros

Co-workers are nice and make the day bearable. Convenient location in Kennesaw. Paid vacation time and holidays as well

Cons

Micro managing is a serious problem. Employees are not trusted to do their jobs effectively. Compensation is laughable for the work load given. Management is cold and uncaring. CEO has said he does not care about high turnover, and employees feel like they are not valued whatsoever. Morale is pitiful and upper management does not seem to care.

Pros

Often give you pizza for lunch. They have OK benefits, very costly. Some nice people work there.

Cons

Two of the c-levels went to Harvard and will tell you that when you ask where is the bathroom. They are not honest or even nice people. They screw customers all the time and laugh about it. Micro managing is all they do for management. Average lifespan of even a senior person is 6 months at best. HR will not deal with employee relation issues.

CAN Capital is an organization full of intelligent, experienced team members and management. We do take pride in the pedigree of our employees and hope that is attractive to prospective candidates as we continue to grow as an organization. However, it is never our intention to use educational, or any other experience as a wedge between the management of our company, and the team members that are critical to our success. We are also founded on strong business ethics and take it seriously that you feel we are operating otherwise. Should you know of practices that are outside of our strong standards, please bring those to my attention immediately. Jason Rockman Vice President, Brand Marketing
