      Terrible Leadership and Unethical Practices

      decent benefits, nice people outside of leadership

      Cons

      There is basically one person making decisions for everyone that does not take any feedback from employees. They make decisions based on how they feel that day. The one person reports to an "advisory board" but they are all buddies and don't actually advise on anything that is actionable for employees.

      The 2K you can get each year to use towards healthcare needs.

      Cons

      Not worth your time, energy, or skills. Expect to be treated poorly by administration especially if you are BIPOC. No family friendly policies. One division is purposely underpaid because the work they do is not valued by administration.
