It’s such a shame what has happened to CAT Finance UK - Prior to the previously wonderful MD retiring and the subsequent exit of most of the then senior leadership team together with a large number of other highly valued employees, CFS was genuinely an amazing place to work - Competent, kind leaders. Valued, engaged teams achieving best in class performance, and an environment where people enjoyed working and socialising together with events always enjoyed and well attended. Unfortunately, over the last 2-3 years, all of this has been eroded by what can only be described as spiteful, mean spirited leadership at the highest level resulting in a large exodus of personnel, a number of which were senior people, the creation of Cliques that bordered on embarrassing, especially during all employee meetings which used to be a celebration of scorecard success, engagement and innovation ending up as suppressive
& awkward, lacking in transparency and open dialogue for fear of retaliation. Hopefully things will change as our business moves forward into 2026..
