      Honestly none, dead end no matter what position.

      Cons

      Not a disgruntle employee. I understand you have good a d bad everywhere. This business however is constantly going through employees and have for years. It’s honestly a running joke in the industry. You never know who your contact will be tomorrow. Upper management, director and owners just don’t want to make changes to make this a long term position.
