Pros

Good people to work with mostly, you nearly can't get fired.

Cons

Very poor managers, old boys club, weak comp plan. Our team had done so well in sales and they came back and change the comp plan so we didn't make as much. This is no way to keep good people.

Pros

Earning potential may be there for some of the Reps- So it can be done. however, poor leads and favorites getting the better leads makes it difficult to reach the $$

Cons

HORRIBLE higher management - just want more and more production with no regard to the individuals. If you don't make - the recruiters will find new people.

Pros

The only good thing would be the benefits package. However I hear the rates have gone up since I left. But thats everywhere also

Cons

Very poor management. There is no formal training. Its a sink or swim attitude. Very disorganized. Managers show favoritism to the reps that they like and throw them bone deals to keep them from going into PIP. Whereas the ones they dont like they offer no encouragement and when asked for help to reach goals you get ignored.
