      Great people - bad communication

      Pros

      In general, the employees are all very friendly and great to work with.

      Cons

      Bad communication between divisions and departments. It's almost like a competition between teams and not in a good way. Upper management hasn't addressed this issue, and they definitely have favorites. You have to kiss butt to move up the ladder unfortunately. Pretty high turnover.
