It is not a good place to stay for a long time, because once you are in, there are not many opportunities to grow and get a better role.

Access to the most qualified knowledge and technical experience regarding environmental quality, air pollution, water resources analysis and environmental licensing.
Cons
For the ones on social areas, such as communication, it's hard to overcome the hard science discourse and point of view of the enterprise.
