      Pros

      CHEMRES is a mid-sized company with the positive aspects of a small company where every employee has an opportunity to make an impact. The company is partnered with several Fortune 100 companies so the exposure to several industries is significant. Employees are strongly encouraged to expand their knowledge and take on projects outside of their normal responsibilities. This is a company where people with initiative will have plenty of opportunities to make a difference.

      Cons

      CHEMRES has had significant growth over the last several years which can be challenging. They have made a lot of software and equipment improvements to help with the growth. Often times change can be difficult for employees. They also work with companies with very high quality standards which can be difficult for someone not exposed to that environment.

      Pros

      The company is small, so there are a lot of opportunities to collaborate with employees from varying levels and job functions. The mentorship from management has been very helpful, and I've received exposure to multiple aspects of the business that I wouldn’t have in a larger, less personal environment. From both a professional and social standpoint, it's very nice to work for a company where everyone knows your name and values your position. Employees are recognized for their contributions.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced anything I would describe as a con. The company is expanding quickly, so expect to be busy.
