      Pros

      People are friendly, collaborative and thoughtful - there is a great workplace culture. There is convenient parking around the office and nice places to eat within walking distance

      Cons

      While they have a new innovation focus, CHOICE is slow to move, and their top down approach to innovation has left some within the core business feeling unstable
