Lack of accountability and apathy for growth. Certain long term employees could stomp their feet or be complacent and everyone else would have to adapt even if they knew it meant failure.

Overall Decent but Struggles with Process and Leadership

Pros

work/life balance is good, as is understanding work is not everyones whole life. non-leadership were mostly cool people.

Cons

some leaders were really good, but many were bad at communication, inexperienced in marketing and/or did not understand the work and it showed in process, particularly cross-department. also struggled to get promoted due to the process and communication issues.

Cool coworkers and good learning opportunities

Cons

Nepotism, micromanaging, nitpicking, not especially supportive or encouraging. After more than a year and a half there, they let me go the week before Thanksgiving. I was always given great reviews during my 1 on 1s, but was criticized repeatedly by one coworker (despite addressing each concern in stride).
