      Hours can be flexible if discussed with the manager

      Cons

      No career development, no investment or career paths or reasonable salaries. No recognition, wants you to do more then your job but no recognition for it. Toxic environment, no HR and no work culture at all. Great for juniors to learn for about a year only.

      Pros

      The company has grown and staff numbers have increased, with some room for transfer within departments.

      Cons

      Top management don't understand the objectives and functions of a professional institution. This has caused a lot of discontent and feeling of insecurity among staff. There isn't an HR department and therefore lack of advice and support. There has always been a high turnover of staff.
