      Pros

      There is no extra time. I can always finish it earlier. Team leader very nice are you calling to be very supportive. I like my team it was with John Hall.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure working in the visa industry. Especially nowadays, too much traveler. The embassy is out of the capacity of processing it. So the booking slot is extremely hard to get. Plus a lot of traveler are going to traveling soon, so they can't risk anytime, They just push you to do their job in a very efficient way.

      Pay could be a bit higher. But might be better now then in 2018.

      Communication & learning is key. On-boarding process and training was great! Leaders globally are supportive.

      Pros

      The company has a flat structure with senior leaders who are very supportive and approachable. Training academy for someone with vast industry experience (not sector - Visas/Immigration) was brilliant. Communication is the best experienced within ANY size business with regular updates right from the top via town hall meetings. A real focus on employees mental health which is fantastic, looking at ways to deal with stress at work/life.

      Cons

      Joined within a pandemic so not had opportunity to meet all colleagues face to face or been in a busy office environment. However this is not a con by any means. The times visited the office, team members schedule so enables use to have constructive meetings etc.
