      They are amazing at supporting new agents, and really attract some great people. I have had the best experience at this brokerage

      I really can’t think of many cons other than the fees, but you really get what you pay for

      Pros

      In-house training is phenomenal and abundant. Excellent support from managers.

      Cons

      Very large brokerage that can be cliquey. Hard to get to know other agents as offices are small and nobody works from them.
