    Pros

    The funding team is overworked but at least they all enjoy working with each other. A good place to start a corporate career. It's easy to understand the corporate structure and political game.

    Cons

    Metrics and goals are so heavily focused on an individual basis. There is no team building. It's every person for himself. The funding department operates like a boiler room without much regard for the talented workers they employ. Turnover is high
