It is a small IT consultant company. Their hiring process is fast and they seem to pay employee on time

Cons

It is not a place for career development - No advancement opportunities - No opportunity to move across projects - When issues raised, they just get rid of you without notice, reason, or explanation.

Great Company to Work At

Pros

clearAvenue is a very hands on company. Senior Management and the CEO are hands on and there is open communication between management and employees. Management gives employees the opportunity to obtain certifications and obtain new skills that are applicable to our contracts and client needs. There is growth potential at the company. I have been promoted, received salary increases, and recognized with performance bonuses. This company is accommodating to its employees.

Cons

Although there are no formal annual reviews, excellent work is recognized through performance bonuses and promotions.

This a small IT consultant company that you can look for remote work.

Cons

- The worst management team I have ever worked for. - They brought me in to learn my skills then get rid of me. - They told me it is a four year contract but, one day, they just said they changed their direction and end my employment. - This is not a company for build long term career.
