      Pay and benefits are great

      Cons

      DM is rude, lots of reports and no time to handle the actual issues of the Property. Corporate is no help they don't believe there are issues they only concentrate on reports residents comes last. They hire inexperienced employees in top positions that don't have a clue how to work on a property and when you say anything you are in the wrong. They have had 3 managers in less than 1 something must be wrong with the company.

      Casual uniform, Good hours, people who work on other properties are friendly, and try to help as much as they can.

      Cons

      Training is not good, every single person tells you a different way to do something. They send in a team of people (who are fun and friendly) BUT when training learn how to make sure everything is the same for every trainer. What's the point of showing us how to do it if everyone does it a different way. We heard so much "I do it this way but He does it that way, and SHE does it this way"

      Remote and pretty much everyone is checked out

      Everything. Everyone is checked out. It’s an old school, good ole boy, you don’t matter unless you’ve been here since the beginning or if you’re someone in particular’s “type”.
