Great place to waste time

Cons

Will overwork you if you're a good team player. Will let people who are terrible (and make way more money than you) off the hook Will treat you as if you should be grateful for having the lowest paying salary in the entire department when you worked there prior for several years in another department. Will hire people with absolutely no experience and still pay them more than you Pressures you to work on the weekends and days off

- Wonderful coworkers - Great education of the nuances of the industry - Many experts in each department

Cons

- Too many bosses, most of which do a poor job of supervising - Too many meetings that have little to no impact on day to day operations - Middle management is a disaster and needs a major overhaul - Salary is not anywhere near industry standard - No incentive to work harder to advance, as the company is rife with nepotism and an "old boys club" culture
