Pros
I see other reviews of this company claiming that it is a hostile work environment. I've worked in a couple of hostile environments before, and this company is certainly not one! I've been working there for several years now, and have found it to be a supportive and engaging workplace. It is a small, family-owned and operated company. The family is very involved and are passionate about creating quality publications, and expect their employees to be reliable and accountable. I don't regard that as "hostility". The atmosphere is fairly casual, and the staff is diverse. The facility is fairly new, with plenty of free parking, and a beautiful park with walking trails across the street. I have found the work to be rewarding, and they support and encourage the employees to learn and take on increasing responsibilities. The company also offers a generous benefits package.
Cons
The PTO plan for the first few years of employment is really very tight, and that's been a challenge. However, the benefits package offered is generous.
