      Fantastic work/life balance. Great teams to work with internally. We produce products and services that have a deep impact on the organisations we work with. Management are always working with you to develop their employees personally and professionally. The best place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      - overtime paid - health care cash plan - life insurance while employed - work from home with option to go in to the office when needed - great exposure to all of the latest technology - very willing to put you through exams, pay for courses/exam plus give a bonus once gained - it gets noted when you go above and beyond

      Cons

      - workload at times can be a lot, but what can you expect in fast growing company - need to react quicker to recruitment/staffing needs to help with workload
