      About as corrupt as they come!

      Pros

      Met some great people, unfortunately we are all leaving.

      Cons

      - Chinese company trying to manage a massive mine with zero experience. No idea what they are doing. - Constant lies and shady business dealings. Manipulates the Congolese government and only focuses on Chinese interests at expense of Congolese and all other cultures. - Racist, corrupt - Terribly inept. They are going to get people killed, but will just cover it up. - Wiped out all management in Congo and replaced with Chinese-speaking management who can’t even talk to French/English staff.

      Pros

      Nothing really..sometimes gives half days off before long holidays..thats about it.

      Cons

      No integrity of upper management. They fire people every month. Very inexperienced and lying executive group. Stay at least a thousand yards away from this company.

      Everything else is horrendous especially upper management at the headquarter and their poor decision making skills. Very shady company overall
