      Clean, quiet office. Great staff, built some great relationships. Commissions were good when they were coming in

      Cons

      Mostly commission based job selling high risk, high rate business loans. Is very volatile and not consistent.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for CMS Funding. We have a really great staff and that makes it a happy and friendly place to go to everyday. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and is the type of company that you get out of it what you put into it. Senior Management offers great mentoring and support.

      Cons

      To many office lunches make it hard to stay on a diet!
