Great product but culture lacking direction and definition.

- Get paid each month. - Friendly Staff. - Fantastic Product. - Great Office. - Great first post academic job. - Colleagues are always keen to socialize and cook up fun events for the office. - Great marketing team. One of the most valuable assets of the office.
Cons
- Lack of direction in management. Seems more concerned proving authority than doing what's right for the team/company. Power tripping like you've just been promoted to hall monitor in a suburban elementary school. - Apocalyptic nepotism and condescension. - Nonsense feedback. Feedback is generic for the sake of antagonising your employees. Every employee in our office who stands up for themselves get it thrown back at them. - Compulsive lying in management to obtain a hidden agenda. - Shifting the goal posts. Get promised career moves and promotions but is never delivered. - Severe diagnosis of 'Psychological Projection' within management.
