The company focused on structured technical training and practical exposure which helped to build a strong foundation in embedded systems, protocol integration and more. Whether it was hands on debugging, system level problem solving or deploying real time solutions, I was trusted with responsibilities that helped me grow rapidly in both skill and confidence.
