      Great people working at Cormac

      Cons

      The company does not reward success as they don't understand what it looks like. They are ready to put you on a PIP the second they think you've made a mistake. It's from the top down. Leadership is the problem. Doesn't remember what they've said. But you cannot challenge them. They will fire you if you disagree with them.

      Our managers here at CORMAC are awful people who shouldn't be trusted. They lie and manipulate employees, and they often abuse their positions to coerce employees. Most of our managers are terrible at their jobs, and the company would function the same without these useless people.
