      Pros

      I cannot think of a single positive comment to make about this place. The overall environment is toxic and negative. The (operations) "leadership" is the worst I have ever seen.

      Literally none, other than it's slightly better than not having a job

      Cons

      Leadership is the number 1 issue at this company. All of the leaders are awful. There is so much inconsistency, pettiness, dishonesty and the list goes on. This is a tiny little suture manufacturing company and they have more issues than I can even count. Ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend working here, the job market is too good to settle.
