Great people, amazing community, competitive salary, 17%super 6weeks annual, training opportunities

Cons

directorates often feel isolated or insulated from each other - need more sideways communication, lack of good risk management and overall , eg policies and procedures in same document. Wide range of roles, and services which can be hard to navigate
