Pros

Flexible schedule Able to add on hours if needed

Cons

Reps were always leaving so DM was always calling to ask if I could take on additional hours - really “not asking “ No training- call for guidance/direction and you don’t get any Low hourly rate Deal with too many store managers who are overwhelmed and don’t want you in their store

Pros

I enjoyed my time working with CROSSMARK as a Casual Retail Planogram Merchandiser. The role offered flexibility, clear expectations, and the opportunity to work with a variety of well-known brands. I was fortunate to have a great manager who was supportive, approachable, and always willing to help when needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Cons

One challenge was that available shifts and hours could fluctuate from week to week, which may not suit those seeking consistent income. Travel between stores could also be significant at times, depending on the territory and client requirements.
