Pros

- You would learn how to do your work in rigorous way as it is still within the aerospace industry - If you are looking to achieve a confort zone with low salary, this is the right place - Apart of your vacation, there is a one week during christmas where the company will be closes. So there is always an additional week to the weeks mentioned in your contract - People are usually friendly

Cons

- Very low salary - Worst HR you can ever find in Montreal - No recognition at all - You do not learn much, most likely you will be just an EXCEL engineer entering data and reading data - A lot of documentation you have to write within a very heavy process - A lot of people here are in their confort zone, no motivation at all to do a better work - Some people who spent like 10+ years have all the privilege in the company. There is a lot of lobbying within the company - Promotions are correlated with whom you know in the company and not according to your work performance - The company has a very french oriented culture which means a lot of bureaucracy and "not possible, banned, impossible" wording - A lot of promises that are not realized, such as salary increase, promotion, contracts, new clients, ...etc. - The company is turning into a consulting company, they engage people to just send them to their clients with almost no training, topping their salaries - Technology is very old. Welcome to aerospace world - Everybody had the feeling that the company does not think of the interest of their employees - The rate of turnover is very high

Pros

Only 5/6 employee in Bengaluru branch, people may get confused early but in the same office their partner "Sopra Steria" works and they have around 20 people. Don't get confused with Sopra and CS .

Cons

#Outsource company, no in house project. #Very few clients and you have to work at client place #And the day client says no need of you anymore, very same your job will be over, hence no job security. # No chance of growth and learning, they don't have any such system. use and throw policy. #senior management will brain wash you at the time of joining specially , Bangalore branch director /CEO mr. Marc and if you fall for that , you are at your own risk. #Without any training or help from seniors they expect 3-4 year guys to develop ,architect and test all alone from scratch and that too within impossible time limit, else you are out without any notice, doesn't matter how senior you are. no respect. # No proper work culture setup, no SDLC followed even you wont get proper KT or input what exactly you have to develop but they expect you 'll imagine by yourself without guidance and complete without review. Best of luck.
