      You get to drive in circles alot.

      Cons

      Management at every level is an absolute joke. When the way the pay structure with using employee owned tools was brought to their attention they acted as if I was doing something wrong. It's a good ol boys club. If you're not in. You're out... Stay away unless you are the type that is looking for a reason to start a lawsuit.
