I can't think of any, other than that they paid me a salary while they employed me.

Cons

They didn't make it abundantly clear that my job was a subcontract to Microsoft who called the tune and eventually pulled the plug.

None, except the company I was working for (CSG third party agency that make money off providing contract workers)
