Pros

Salary is not bad but is more to attract people .

Cons

From start to end absolute garbage. Manager very poor and threatened by talent, poor communication , either processes do not exist or it is not communicated , no clear direction. Absolute chaos, I have never come across such bad management style ever before .

Pros

Location in Maidenhead centre. Good pay to attract people - no one wants to work there due to reputation. That's it no more

Cons

A complete disaster! Nothing ever materialises and snr management have no understanding of the actual challenges. Complete lack of transparency, people get new roles just because they have been with the company long enough. Promotions are only based on politics and not merits!! Also you will never be allowed to apply for a new role, these are directly appointed and only "friends and family" get in! People who are kicked out from other pharma somehow find shelter in Seqirus, very alarming!!! Staff from both legacy companies are extremely territorial and hard to work with

Disappointing experience

Pros

Hard to think of any, pay is OK and standard benefits but nothing special.

Cons

Processes not in place or not followed. No effort to improve, or minimal and extremely slow. Projects not taken into completion and dragging for a long time, leaving employees in a process limbo. Disagreement at management level and lack of alignment and ability to reach a consensus and move forward, feels like constantly walking in circles. At first it seemed like there might be great opportunities to improve the situation but soon became frustrating not having one's voice heard and being accused of lacking expertise when asking questions. Way too much "politics" and "game playing". Overall a highly disappointing experience as the job looked promising, moving on after 15 months with the company.
