      Pros

      It's a great company for someone who is just getting started in the Diesel repair field. Especially the Appleton, Wi. location. If your willing to learn, they will take time to teach.

      Cons

      The shop size is smaller, and the parking lot can get congested sometimes.

      Management is new to the region and new to the parts side of the business and sometimes direction may be lacking for the parts sales team.
