Poor leadership - plant and corporate level.
No support from corporate HR - often never receive replies at all or snarky replies.
Everything is incredibly manual, especially in HR and there is zero urgency from corporate HR to make changes or allow more team members to reduce the workload.
No growth opportunities - high achievers suffer here
No promotion/pay raise potential (not just HR, any role) above the annual 4% raise.
No one is held accountable for their part in the process, which makes getting anything of any substance completed impossible.
HR is the catch all for everything no one else wants to do and is treated like front desk reception.
HR is not a strategic partner - more of a mess cleaner.
Constantly asked to work outside my job description with no recognition/reward.
Terrible work/life balance - required to support 24-hour operations with an HR staff of 4.
Very bad environment for production workers - super dirty/dusty, really hot year-round, and requirements to work 7 days a week for most of 2025.
