      Pros

      I have worked here for over 5 years. The management shoots straight and is honest about company direction and health. They stress work-life balance and in my experience this plays out as preached. They also are responsive and correct issues when they are raised. The company as a whole is more focused on improvement and accountability than any other I have worked for.

      Cons

      The company has been growing and there have been times where a formerly small company has not always handled that transition well. In my experience, this is an unavoidable scenario. See my “Pros” section for how any slip-ups have been handled.

      Pros

      Encouraged to learn and grow in my trade and it's okay to make a mistake. I am challenged to learn more and explore. I'm not micro-managed and always receive support from Management. The company continues to look for ways to grow and improve and I really like that they include the employee in that process by soliciting feedback. They display integrity in all business decisions, makes me proud to work here. I like that there is a strong emphasis on the work/home-life balance. Owners are very transparent about the company's current status and future goals.

      Cons

      I've worked in many atmospheres, large corporations and small mom/pop shops and CSols, Inc. is, by far, the best work environment I've worked in. There may be a few "small business growing pains" but they are consistently being address and the owners are very conscience of making continued improvements.
