      Nothing to saying good in this organisation

      Cons

      Worst management they don't know how to run the company. Those who all are staying with them without contributing to the company they all are good resource. They get hike promotion and all on time. If female employees apply for maternity leave then they will terminate that employee immediately. Saying that bad performance. They won't respond for your BGV and they won't process your F & F payment until you do vigorous follow up . Overall CTD is Cheating company I don't recommend CTD even for my enemy too.

      I am working as RPA Developer last 4 months, Good and friendly Interview process,Great Learning Opportunities, Lots of Opportunity to Grow,Awesome Projects,Good team Support

      Pros

      I have been working here for the last 6 months , even though we connected virtually we have that friendly environment to work. Team is always supporting me whenever I got stuck, and great learning too.

      Cons

      I didn't get a chance to visit office due to pandemic, may be soon we will work from office if everything backs to normal
