Micromanagement throughout the organization (ask about the recent change to time cards/time keeping), disrespect for workers, inexperienced managers that are afraid to lose control and become irrelevant. Generally there’s a bad vibe and a lot of dissatisfaction around here. Employee turnover has been fairly high.

The impact on employees is considered before changes are made and there is never intent to disrespect any employee. Great place to learn when you are early in your career.

If you have an issue with the tardiness/hours worked by one employee, then address those issues with that employee, do not punish the rest of the company for his/her actions. This policy of working 8, and only 8, hours everyday, with a complete disregard for how many hours employees are working from home, or the number of times their evenings are interrupted by the team in China, is atrocious.

Although one person's hours were posted, unfortunately, it is not an issue with just one employee. CTK does not have a policy of working 8, and only 8, hours every day. We do, however, ask that employees report on time to work their scheduled hours. We disagree with your statement that we post fake glassdoor reviews. To our knowledge, all reviews are done by employees or candidates and represent their perspectives.
