Horrible company. Very unprofessional. This company isn't transparent. I'm very surprised they are still in business. Will lay off or fire employees at the drop of a hat every year or two. I was let go after many, many years of service to this company. No explanation, they lied on my separation paperwork. They do this every few years to their employees. Beware of this company. The people who have positive things to say about this company, obviously weren't treated the way my former coworkers as well as myself were treated. Many of us were let go after 10, 15, and even 20 years of service. They kept the employees who had only been their a few years who several came from temp. agencies. Beware of "so called" promotions, because you may be one of the first ones out the door when they do layoffs, and trust me, layoffs are their reputation. Work was outsourced overseas, which led to several people being let go, and then closed the entire division overseas in China, and all of those employees lost their jobs as well. All because this company couldn't keep up with the competition. Don't waste your time applying with this company. I'm not allowed to post names on here. I guess they didn't want people to look bad. It's MY review so I don't think that's fair. Why put a censor on my review? What's the point if you can't say what you want about a company? But anyway, there are many companies that actually have integrity and will treat their employees with respect and dignity. I work for one now, so it is very possible.
