      Meeting were good when they had them

      Cons

      Poor management , team leader does not work but tells everyone to do his job, management does not know whats going on in lab snd takes team leader word, no pay increase, always pushy for more and more

      Pros

      Every person that works here brings something to this amazing team. It is the best place I have ever worked in my life, we all enjoy the work and each other. I'm proud to be a part of this wonderful group of people.

      Cons

      Not being told everything I feel is important to know in my job, being a research and development company it only tells certain people certain things and as little as possible.
