      Great leadership, a wonderful culture, helpful systems, experienced leverage and working at a company with a great reputation within the real state industry.

      Cons

      They'll definitely push you out of your comfort zone, which ultimately is good so that you keep growing.

      Pros

      Next level coaching from an award winning coach KodiKay Cain. Great environment and group of people who are always there and willing to help. This team helped me level up almost immediately and I expect a lot more growth to come.

      Cons

      You have to work in a beautiful office. There are soo many leads it's tough to count. If you don't do well with high energy individuals who are focused on growth and leveling up both personally and professionally, I'd say this isn't the team for you.
