Pros
- Top tier async-first fully remote work culture - Passionate and helpful team mates - Awesome & Supportive Management and Supervisors who care about the employees' growth - Minimum 30 days PTO is amazing to allow a better work-life balance - No "time-tracking" shenanigans or micromanagement means the employers trust the employee fully, which is always a healthy relationship metric in my opinion.
Cons
- Async first & remote work isn't for everyone, so it might be difficult to adjust to this culture if you want physical interactions on a day to day basis for your office/work

- Global salary is tough for some parts of the world. - Async/remote is not for everyone.
