      Awful Management = Low Morale

      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance and the employees are good people who really try hard to be welcoming. The benefit package is top notch and the hiring staff is amazing.

      Cons

      Pay used to be great for the area, not so much anymore. Management is grossly out of touch and there are far too many "managers" who don't actually manage to get anything accomplished. Nothing you do is ever good enough. Training is non existent. You are handed a policy and procedure book and then promptly told not to follow it. Everyone is burnt out and stressed.

      The compensation is excellent for the region, so long as you are willing to compromise.

      Pros

      Compensation well above average for the region, Dynamic working environment (No two days are the same) Room for advancement in the company Works well with personal life and the balance between work and home.

      Cons

      No strong organizational hierarchy; the lines of command are constantly blurred. The bottom line is the only thing that matters; if you care more about always following the rules this is not the company for you. Several hostile employees work here, making the environment less than desirable

      Great people, nice benefits, ok pay

      Cons

      Management is non existent. They are physically there but have no clue what they are doing. The morale of the company has tanked over the years. Doing good work no longer matters as long as a certain few like you.
