-(not personal experience) but motivating the staff in entry positions to grow and expand the role they have for promotions

Great flexibility. Family atmosphere and generally fun work environment. Very competitive salary. Very hands on job in all aspects of the business.

Cons

Small company with little room to grow. The owner is very young so not much advancement room at the top. Dirty outside environment due to the nature of the business.

the work ethic of the entire organization is strong. Customer service is the key ingredient to making the work day pleasurable. The interaction between the department, the service staff and client customers is fulfilling.
