      Friendly co-workers, great managers, flexible work schedule, using up-to-date technologies.

      Cons

      Occasionally, especially towards the beginning, things are moving too fast and your team will be too busy to help you out. However, as you get more acclimated, you start to get more integrated into the teams and projects.
