      Pros

      Talented people within the company, especially the engineering staff. Very nice facility.

      Cons

      Company requires a minimum 50 hour work week (in writing). The employee churn is absurd. Very cyclical business. The owner is highly arrogant and not trustworthy about anything. His office area is card key access only as if it were a safe room.

      Interesting and challenging work. Peer to peer support.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is not up to speed on industry practices and a significant amount of the good old boys network. Too bad, it has allot of potential. Just not managed well.

      Pros

      Good Co-Workers and an opportunity to learn the automation industry. If you like Traveling you could spend half your time traveling. sometimes whether you like it or not.

      Cons

      No apprenticeships available.They tend to tell you what you want to hear and then can't back it up mostly because of the many changes in management. Automation in general is up and down and they are no exception you could be working 60 hrs a week one month then 40 hrs while fearing for your job the next month.
